The Impact of Jurisprudential Differences on Tawarruq: A Fiqh-Based Study

Abstract

This study aimed to show the impact of jurisprudential differences on tawarruq, where the researcher collected everything related to the study, from the sayings of the jurists, ancient and modern, with a statement of evidence and discussed it with a statement of what it requires of a detailed explanation in the papers in the banks.

To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the analytical inductive approach. Which depends on where tracking and extrapolation of what is related to the subject of the study related to tawarruq and its contemporary applications and its analysis and the statement of the referenced opinion from the sayings of the jurists, and then coming up with a legal vision that serves the research.
