Creating A scale that Measures Work Pressures In Higher Education

Abstract

This paper aims at building a scale that measures the pressures of work in one of the institu- tions of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research in Iraq .The Foundation of technical education that includes (44) institutes and technical colleges is investigated through the application on a sample of 250 teachers and associate Deans , and others employees across the colleges and institutes in Iraq .Recommendation are also proposed for future credibility of the research that may be applied on scale in the future.
