Abstract

This study aimed at showing the impact of Organizational Immune Systems on Crisis Management Strategies in the Food Industry Companies in Jordan, through testing the mediating role of Strategic Information Systems. Through identifying the level of applying Organizational Immune Systems with its all dimensions (Organizational Learning, Organizational Memory, Organizational DNA) and the level of applying the strategies of the crisis management at preventive and treatment levels, Also the level of using the Strategic Information Systems in the studied companies.The study concluded that, there is a presence of statistical significance of Organizational Immune Systems with its dimensions (Organizational Learning, Organizational Memory, Organizational DNA) On the Strategies of Crisis Management. And there is a presence of statistical significance of the Strategic Information Systems on Strategies of Crisis Management. And a presence of statistical significance to the Organizational Immune Systems on Strategies of Crisis Management with the mediating of Strategic Information Systems. It’s worth mentioning that the impact of preventive strategies was higher than treatment strategies.
