The principles and vision of SJABMMC are based on open access to information, free publication, and robust peer-review.

First - Open Access

• SJABMMC provides free access to all published articles and research; meaning that all of its content is freely available to users, including institutions. No financial barriers or copyright barriers are placed between readers and articles by publishers.
• Users are thus allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author, as long as they cite the source.

Second - Free Publication and peer-review

• SJABMMC does not impose any fees for submitting or publishing articles, as all article publication processes are free.
• Researchers may reuse abstract and citation information (such as the title, author name, and publication dates) for their article anywhere and at any time, provided that a link back to the article on the journal's website is included.
